Zagare Vermentino

A fresh, 'coastal' white with citrus and green apple aromas as well as light notes of white flavours and green herbs.  A clean and focused wine with good acidity rather than overly aromatic. 

On the palate it’s crisp and dry with good texture.  Lemon and pear flavours with a faint saline flavour that adds interest at the end. Balanced and refreshing, this wine is easy to drink by itself but goes exceptionally well with fish, seafood, salads or olives.
