Sam Harrop Bridge Pa Fiano 2021
The perfect Autumn drink. A bold, textural, rich white to keep you warm during these slightly cooler nights. Fiano is planted very sparingly in New Zealand and this will be one of only a handful of Fiano wines. On the nose you will get white florals, stonefruit, lemon zest and hints of brioche. On the palate these flavours merge with a touch of marmalade and cedar. A lovely ripe wine with a zesty fresh finish. Pairs well with fresh fig bruscetta topped with burrata, honey and rocket.
