Central Pinot Noir 2024, Central Otago, New Zealand

An aromatic and finely structured Pinot Noir that shows notes of red and black cherry, dried florals and black tea.  Great acidity is supported by polished tannins and a lovely long savoury finish.  The flavours linger in the mouth and will have you reaching for another sip!

Domaine Fond Croze “Confidence” 2023, Côtes du Rhône, France

A Grenache-dominant blend with Syrah, this organically farmed Rhône red shows a deep, dark hue and layered aromas of black fruits and herbs. On the palate, it has generous flavours of blackberry and cassis with deliciously peppery spice and a hint of liquorice.  The smooth tannins allow a rounded, fleshy finish. Red wine to drink with ease.

Coriole Songbird Cabernet Sauvignon 2024

A fresh, modern expression of Cabernet from McLaren Vale, this wine is aromatic with notes of blackcurrant, bay leaf and plum. The palate is structured, cassis, bitter chocolate and a little vanilla mingle with fine tannins.  This is a vibrant, fruit-driven Cabernet that is both balanced and classic.
