Clos Henri Sauvignon Blanc 2025, Marlborough, New Zealand

A different take on Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, with ripe citrus and white stone fruit dominating underlined with a gravely, mineral edge.  There is acidity but it is structural and doesn't take over allowing the flavours of lemon and herbs to swirl around the mouth.  This is a more restrained style, toned down from the typical bracing acidity of a Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc.  

Domaine Fond Croze “Confidence” 2023, Côtes du Rhône, France

A Grenache-dominant blend with Syrah, this organically farmed Rhône red shows a deep, dark hue and layered aromatics of black fruits and herbs. On the palate, it’s generous yet balanced, blackberry and cassis flavours alongside peppery spice and liquorice.  The smooth, silky tannins give a rounded, fleshy finish. Red wine to drink with ease.

Coriole Songbird Cabernet Sauvignon 2024

A fresh, modern expression of Cabernet from McLaren Vale, this wine is highly aromatic with notes of blackcurrant, bay leaf and plum. The palate is bright and structured, showing cassis, bitter chocolate and subtle vanilla, with fine, crunchy tannins and a long, elegant line. A vibrant, fruit-driven Cabernet that balances approachability with classic varietal structure.
