Sy "Signargues" Côtes du Rhône Villages 2022

A southern Rhône red blend made up of majority Syrah with a small amount of Grenache.  It has lots of dark fruit up front, blackberry and plums, alongside liquorice and herbal notes giving it a savoury edge.  

On the palate it sits in a medium-bodied zone with soft tannins, a touch of spice and great freshness in the glass.  It’s the kind of wine that doesn’t try too hard but is balanced, slightly rustic in a good way, and very easy to have another glass of.
