Seresin 'Beautiful Chaos' Syrah 2024, Marlborough

Brooding and inky, with a bouquet of dark bramble fruit and savoury, earthy notes. The palate is concentrated, with dark red fruits, cocoa flavours and fine tannins.  Not a huge amount of black peppery spice in here making it easy and delicious.

Biodynamic, hand-harvested and fermented in small clay amphorae, bottled without stabilisation, fining or filtration.

A genuinely rare style for New Zealand.
