Scordatura Hexa Pinot Noir

The Scordatura label is from Kahiwi Wines, a boutique Central Otago producer farming beneath the Pisa Range. Each Scordatura wine explores a different expression of Pinot Noir from the same vineyard. Hexa is inspired by the vineyard's clay and loam soils, producing a deeper, more grounded style of Pinot Noir.

Made in tiny quantities of just 778 bottles, this is a premium Pinot Noir with plenty of personality. Ripe plum, blackberry and dark cherry flavours alongside earthy notes and soft spice. The palate is beautifully textured, there are fine tannins, structure and a savoury edge.  Elegant and classy.

A fantastic match for mushroom risotto, venison or a slow-roasted Sunday lamb roast.
