Quartz Reef Wines are the largest premium producer of hand-crafted organic and biodynamic Méthode Traditionnelle sparkling wine in New Zealand.

Their wines are made from grapes grown at their vineyards in Bendigo, Central Otago. BioGro certified organic and Demeter certified biodynamic.

A lovely bouquet of strawberry and rose petal with a hint of baked shortbread. Enhanced by lush pinot notes, a creamy acidity and a touch of nutmeg in the finish. Vibrant, focused and beautifully balanced.
