Privat Rosé Brut Cava

A lively and refreshing sparkling rosé from Spain, with bright aromas of strawberry, and raspberry with a subtle floral lift. The palate is crisp and dry, with red berry fruit, a hint of brioche and fine, persistent bubbles giving it a clean and elegant feel.

Like Champagne, Cava is made using the traditional method with secondary fermentation in bottle, which brings added texture and complexity, unlike Prosecco which is carbonated in tank.  Aged for 9 months.

There’s a nice balance here between freshness and structure, with gentle creaminess alongside zippy acidity, making it an easy choice for everything from aperitif to light food.
