This Central Otago Pinot Noir spends eight years of cellaring before release giving the wine beautiful age and elegance. Delicious flavours of wild raspberry, red currant and dried thyme with silky, age-softened tannins and long finish. 

This is a style that combines purity, texture, concentration and length. A true reflection of the three Central Otago sub regions that contribute to the Peregrine Pinot Noir.
