Paisley 'Boombox' Shiraz 2023, Barossa

Big, bold Barossa Shiraz from Paisley Wines.  The label of Derek Fitzgerald, who named it after his 90s love of dance parties and DJ mixtapes (he used to burn CDs for mates, signed "Mixed by DJ Deadly").

Inky and dark, it's got loads of black fruit, chocolate and vanilla, with savoury smoked meat and coffee bean underneath.

Rich, ripe and generous on the palate, this one is a full bodied style with a good long finish.  Proper Barossa value.
