Lauren Langfield Cabernet Franc 2024

This Cabernet Franc reveals a fragrant bouquet of ripe cherries, violets and blackberries, with underlying notes of plum. With soft tannins supporting a core of juicy red fruits- raspberry and cranberry- balanced by subtle herbal undertones and hints of graphite.

The destemmed grapes were fermented in an open steel fermenter and handled very gently using daily pumpovers and hand plunging. Transferred to mature French oak barrels after pressing, to rest and mature for 8 months.
