Huntress Waihonga Amber 2025

Jannine Rickards aims to create wines that are an extension of herself - a winemaker, a skilled forager, a gardener, a hunter and above all, deeply committed to fostering the connection between the earth and the palate.

This wine has a beautiful Amber colour with succulent flavours of peach, tangerine and baked apricot.  It has a silky, supple palate and long rich finish.  

The 2025 Waihonga fruit is handpicked from the Osawa Vineyard in Hawkes Bay and left 17 days on skins. Organically grown, unfiltered and unfined, this wine does have some natural sediment.  A gorgeous wine to drink year round!
