Classic Marlborough Savvy B, with a twist. There is still ‘green’ in the aroma and the taste, but this is much quieter, softer and serious than your usual. Lower acid is replaced by a stony minerality.

This wine is fuller bodied, of textual style of Sauvignon Blanc. Great acidity to hold the structure tight.
