Famille Perrin Coudoulet de Beaucastel

Produced by the Perrin family, Coudoulet de Beaucastel comes from vineyards located just beyond the famous Châteauneuf-du-Pape boundary.  This wine offers a glimpse into one of the Rhône Valley's most celebrated estates at a more approachable price point.

A beautifully textured white with aromas of white peach, citrus, pear and white flowers. The palate is fresh and layered, combining ripe stone fruit with almond and delicate florals. There is a lovely richness balanced by bright acidity and a long, mineral finish.

This is a must-try from the region, especially if you are into textural or aromatic white wines.  Try it with roast cauliflower, brown butter and toasted almonds for a surprisingly good match.
