Dune 'Blewitt Springs" Shiraz 2023

A thoughtful, modern take on McLaren Vale Shiraz, with finesse and power. There’s a nice lift to the aromatics, dark cherry alongside sweet herbs and spice.  There is an interesting and subtle smoky, charcuterie note but overall freshness and complexity. 

On the palate it is medium-bodied, with plush dark fruit, a touch of sweetness and savoury, gently smoky notes. The tannins give nice shape and length, with a slightly gravelly texture on the finish that keeps it interesting right to the end.
