A classic right bank Bordeaux built around Merlot, with Cabernet Franc adding structure and lift. The nose shows ripe plum, black cherry and dried herbs, with a touch of cedar and spice in the background.
On the palate, it’s medium to full bodied with a smooth, rounded feel. Dark fruit is layered with soft cocoa and savoury spices. The tannins here are present but well integrated due to the older vintage. A lovely, long, lingering finish.
