A proper Soave from Cantina del Castello, a historic little winery set right inside the walls of Soave castle in the Veneto. This is their Soave Classico, 100% Garganega off the hillside vineyards of the Classico heartland.

Fresh and floral, with green apple, pineapple and white flowers, with a subtle balsamic, spicy edge. The palate is soft and balanced with lovely precision.  A lovely light fresh wine, with a long smooth finish.  Everything a good Soave should be.
