Tapi Organic Cuvee Brut - an organic and sustainably made New Zealand bubbly.  Starts with subtle aromas of grapefruit and red apple and on the palate, lemon curd, hazelnut and a lingering biscuit flavour to finish.

Ackerman Bulle Royal Cremant de Loire - made in the same way as Champagne but with Chenin Blanc from the Loire Valley.  Lively bubbles, an apple, pear, citrus medly on the palate and finishes with crisp, brioche acidity.  Champagne taste without the price tag!
